Job description:
We are a husband-and-wife owned chiropractic clinic serving the Blaine community for over 12 years, with a multi-disciplinary team providing chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, physical rehab, nutritional consulting, and more. As my husband prepares to phase out of full-time patient care, we are seeking a highly experienced Associate Chiropractor to take over his patient base and lead in clinical care.
Who We Are Looking For:
Minimum 5+ years of manual adjusting experience in a high-volume clinic (100–150 patients per week).
Expert-level skills in manual adjusting, including:
Cervicothoracic (CT) junction adjustments
Side posture adjustments
Thoracolumbar (TL) junction techniques
Standing thoracic adjustments using a standing adjusting board
Ability to adjust patients across all ages—from infants to geriatrics.
Strong clinical documentation and compliance skills. As well as extensive knowledge in treating and billing PI.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on holistic patient wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding chiropractic care using diversified technique tailored to each patient.
Accurately complete SOAP notes by the end of each workday.
Collaborate closely with in-house practitioners—massage therapists, acupuncturists, and physical therapists—to develop integrated treatment plans.
Actively refer patients internally for adjunct therapies and recommend nutritional supplements and wellness products offered in-clinic.
Manage insurance and billing compliance efficiently.
Maintain a professional and compassionate patient experience.
Additional Benefits for Bringing Your Own Patients:
We welcome chiropractors with an existing patient base.
Compensation and incentives will be offered for any new patients you bring to the clinic.
You will retain ownership of the patients you personally bring to the practice and may take those patients with you if you leave. However, patients generated through our office and marketing efforts will remain with the clinic.
Why Join Our Team?
Take over an established, loyal patient base with room for growth.
Work within a supportive, family-focused, multi-disciplinary environment.
Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling.
Staff discounts on clinic services and products.
If you are a dedicated, expert manual adjuster looking for a rewarding role with professional growth, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your experience and adjusting skills to this email: [email protected] directly.
