Radiant Residences is a growing luxury cleaning company serving North County San Diego. We specialize in residential homes and short-term rentals (Airbnb / vacation rentals) and are looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in high-quality work.
This is a part time position with flexible scheduling and a 3 hour minimum per job, so you’ll always be paid for meaningful work.

If your cleaning experience is not listed on your resume, PLEASE include detailed information in your cover letter or application note to be considered. We are looking for cleaners with a minimum of 1 year of experience in BOTH residential cleaning as well as Short Term Rental (like AirBnB full homes, not hotel)

Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and vacation rentals
- Kitchen cleaning (counters, appliances, sinks)
- Bathroom sanitizing and deep cleaning
- Dusting furniture, baseboards, and surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Making beds and resetting homes for Airbnb guests
- Ensuring homes meet Radiant Residences’ high cleaning standards
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to jobs (your own vehicle, not Uber/Public Transportation or a ride)
- Ability to work in Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and surrounding areas
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Cleaning experience
- You must speak fluent English
