Primary Responsibilities:
Operate a smooth daily service and oversee all staff duties and manager stations during service hours. Preparation for weekly service
Communicate any staffing related issues to Area General Manager
Maintain adequate inventory of handmade products
Label and date delivery items, storing and rotate into inventory
Prepare recipes for daily specials
Maintain biscuit levels throughout service
Receive food deliveries, inspect for accuracy and quality
Maintain daily record of cash flow
Handle cash-outs at the end of a shift
Prepare cash drawer for next shift. Count and balance safe; prepare & make deposits
Ensuring appropriate customer service measures are in place and ready to address any situation that may arise.
Assisting General Manager in training and development of new employees

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of being on your feet
- Requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms
- Exposure to various temperature changes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years operations experience
- Minimum of 1 year delegating tasks to employees
- Bakery, Restaurant, Grab and Go experience a plus
- Must work mornings, afternoons and weekends
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to express a culture of gratitude
- Familiarity with iPad-based POS system; experience with Spot On is a plus but not required

- Requires reading, writing, and math skills
