Community Manager
$30–$35/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is required
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations across three apartment communities
- Support leasing performance, occupancy goals, and resident retention
- Lead and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage resident relations and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and overall property performance
- Conduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and quality standards
- Partner closely with Maintenance Supervisors to coordinate unit turns, repairs, and property upkeep
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, ownership groups, and corporate teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Previous Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with leasing, budgeting, collections, and resident relations
- Ability to effectively manage multiple properties and priorities
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Washington landlord-tenant laws preferred
- Proficiency with property management software
- Reliable transportation and valid Washington State Driver’s License required
