Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic pneumatic issues

Inspect, replace, and maintain components (motors, belts, drives, filters)

Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

Maintain accurate maintenance records

Support general facility upkeep (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

Follow strict safety, quality, and aerospace compliance standards
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Valid driver’s license required

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Basic computer skills (CMMS or electronic maintenance systems preferred)

Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical systems

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
