Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette at all times
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively
- Foster guest relations by creating a welcoming environment that emphasizes personalized service and attention to detail

Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with Hilton Hotels PEP PMS System.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations management
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising front desk teams and managing guest interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, phone etiquette, and guest service best practices
