Paladino Development Group is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Leasing Agent who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous leasing experience is not required—we're willing to train the right person.
If you have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, banking, customer service, or any role where you've built relationships and helped customers, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do
- Tour prospective residents through available apartments.
- Help people find the right home for their needs.
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
- Process rental applications and prepare lease paperwork.
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents.
- Coordinate with maintenance and management to ensure a great resident experience.
- Assist with resident events and community marketing.
- Maintain accurate leasing records.
- Help the team achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or leasing is a plus—but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must have valid driver's license
