STRUCTURE PERSONNEL currently is working with a client in Wadsworth that has needs on their 1st and 3rd Shift . They are looking for dependable candidates in their production facility that have previous skills in production, general labor, and machine operating plus a good attendance record. These are 10-hour shifts. Occasional overtime when needed. Candidates must have previous manufacturing experience. Positions can range from packing, machine operating, and production.
1st Shift General Labor - 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday - $15.00/hr
3rd Shift General Labor - 9:00 pm to 7:00am Sunday - Wednesday - $15.50/hr.
3rd Shift Machine Operator - 9:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday - Wednesday - $17.00 and up
- Production, Packing, Machine Op - Must be willing to cross-train
- Previous experience a must!
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Positive attitude.
- Work independently or with a team.
- Be respectful and follow directions
- Clean criminal background. (Will be reviewed - Case-by-case - No violent, no assault, no sexual charges )
- Solid work history.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Drug Free Work Policy
- Have Experience working in a Manufacturing Facility
- Be dependable and responsible to show up to work every day scheduled.
