Duties
- Provide professional skincare consultations, recommending tailored treatments and product solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Perform advanced aesthetic services including esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, ingredients, and benefits to enhance their at-home regimens.
- Deliver expert makeup application and nail care services to complement overall beauty enhancements.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards during all procedures, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, effective communication skills, and personalized follow-up.
- Manage retail sales by showcasing products, processing transactions, and encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience as an esthetician or skincare specialist with knowledge of advanced treatments such as laser therapy and dermabrasion.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively and promote product lines confidently.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a sterile treatment environment.
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetics required; additional certifications in laser treatment or dermabrasion are a plus.
