Structural Fitter/Fabricator
Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour (1099 – Straight Pay)

Slayton Fabrication is looking for a hardworking, dependable Structural Fitter/Fabricator to join our growing team. We work with selective customers who expect the highest quality craftsmanship, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing top-quality work with minimal supervision.
This is not an entry-level position. We need a true fabricator who can read prints, fit, fabricate, and complete projects with precision from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of structural fitting/fabrication experience
- Ability to read and build directly from blueprints
- Strong structural fitting and layout skills
- High-quality MIG and Flux Core welding experience
- Able to fabricate complete assemblies with little to no supervision
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work
- Reliable transportation and able to work full-time
