Housekeeping, Laundry & Breakfast Team Member – Comfort Inn & Suites, San Antonio, TX

At Comfort Inn & Suites near Six Flags San Antonio, our Housekeepers are the heart of our hotel. We are not looking for people who cut corners or make excuses. We are looking for honest, hard-working people who understand that a fresh, clean room makes our guests happy and keeps our hotel strong.
This is a full-time or part-time position requiring flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. This job is mostly Housekeeping (cleaning guest rooms), but you must also be willing to work in Laundry and help run the Breakfast service at least 1 day a week so other team members can take their day off.

What You Will Be Doing (Main Duties):
- Cleaning Rooms & Bathrooms: Deep clean guest rooms and bathrooms quickly and thoroughly (changing sheets, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing bathrooms, and mopping floors) to hotel standards.
- Laundry Duty:Wash, dry, neatly fold, and organize towels, sheets, and blankets.
- Breakfast Duty (At least 1 day a week): Set up the morning breakfast food, keep the food stocked, greet guests with a smile, and clean up the breakfast area so other team members can have a day off.
- Cart & Supply Organization: Keep your cleaning cart stocked, neat, and organized.
- Reporting Maintenance Issues: Notice broken lightbulbs, leaking faucets, or damaged furniture and tell the maintenance team right away.
Requirements & Physical Demands:
- Physical Stamina: You must be able to be on your feet all day—walking, bending, kneeling, lifting 10 to 20 lbs, and pushing heavy laundry carts.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to clean thoroughly while keeping a good pace to finish your daily rooms.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Communication:Basic English skills to follow directions and communicate with guests and supervisors.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
