Admin/ Dispatch/ Customer Service Role
A growing security company is looking for an Admin/ Dispatcher/ Customer Service Rep. to join our team (there is a possibility of the job becoming Full-time/ Hours Increasing in the future). The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and reliable. All experience levels are welcome to apply. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer around 1- 30 calls per shift
- Friendly and respectful towards clients over the phone
- Answer inquiries, provide estimates and set- up work orders for clients
- Input, allocate and resolve job tickets and work orders
- Work between multiple work order software programs
- Keep work orders up to date
- Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day
- Billing of work orders
- File uploads, downloads, and document scanning
- Data Entry
- Coordinate with administration and office manager
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak clearly and effectively
- Speak and understand English well
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and have great customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask
- High School Diploma/GED
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
- Proficient with Yelp, Google, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Able to learn new skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet and cell service
Schedule:
Morning Shift
- Mon: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Tues: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Wed: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Thur: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Fri: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Sat: off
- Sun: off
