Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, processing, storing, and distributing HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and promoting a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate works within a bin-located warehouse system designed to maximize operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming merchandise, including deliveries and returns.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all products entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Pick, scan, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify product accuracy and ensure shipments are delivered to the correct destination.
- Organize, store, and retrieve inventory within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with internal customers, including Store Associates and Sales Managers, to support product availability and delivery requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to external customers, including mechanical contractors, dealers, and building owners.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency with PC applications and experience using inventory management and shipping/receiving systems.
- Current forklift certification required.
- Experience operating at least one of the following Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs):
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Order Picker
- Reach Truck
- Dock Stocker

Pay: $22.00 per hour
