Privately owned pack and ship store here in the central valley.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage customer accounts effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Knowledge of packaging and mailing is a PLUS, not required.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independantly and efficently
