We are seeking motivated Customer Account Representatives who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and learning new skills. Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate service and account solutions
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Clearly explain service options, features, and value in an easy-to-understand way
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and support overall success
- Stay up to date on service offerings, updates, and available solutions
