Build high-quality post-frame (pole barn) structures according to plans and specifications

Install footings, frame walls and roofs, set windows and doors, and apply metal and wood finishes

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work site

Work as part of a motivated crew that values safety, quality, and teamwork

Minimum 1 year of post-frame or pole barn construction experience (required)

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license or ability to meet at the Washington shop by 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

Ability to perform physically demanding work and climb to heights of up to 30 feet

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed based on project schedules

Starting pay: $18.00-$25.00/hour (more experience= higher pay)

Overtime (1.5x) for hours over 40
