Your Role at Sage Day Spa
As a Massage Therapist on our team, you will:
- Deliver a range of massage and spa treatments, including Swedish, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Salt Stone, Foot Spa services, Body Wraps, and Body Scrubs
- Foster a welcoming, uplifting atmosphere where clients feel genuinely supported
- Customize each session using your understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology
- Provide thoughtful self‑care recommendations that extend the benefits of each visit
- Encourage clients to view massage as an essential part of long‑term wellness
- Contribute to a collaborative, compassionate team culture focused on whole‑person care

- A current Idaho Massage Therapist License

Compensation Structure
Sage Day Spa operates on a commission‑based model with tiered options based on experience and desired responsibility level.
35–37% Commission Tier
Best suited for therapists who prefer a flexible, service‑centered schedule.
- No requirement to stay on‑site when not in session
- Responsibilities limited to session preparation, treatment, and cleanup (including participation in rotating team tasks)
37–40% Commission Tier
Ideal for therapists seeking consistent hours and deeper involvement in daily operations.
- Remain on‑site during scheduled shifts (minimum 5 hours per day)
- Greater access to short‑notice appointment and Walk-in opportunities
Additional Earnings
- Tips included in bi‑monthly paychecks
- 10% commission on retail product sales
