Experienced In-Home Caregiver – South Orange County

We are a well-established, locally Woman-Owned Home Care Agency serving South Orange County. We are seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who take pride in their work and understand the responsibility of being trusted in a client’s home.
This role is well-suited for career caregivers, including those who work with multiple agencies and are looking to add consistent, well-matched hours.
Experience required - please do not apply if you do not already have experience and are not a local resident of the serviced areas.
Compensation & Scheduling
- $20–$25 per hour, based on client needs
- Flexible schedules – cases are offered to align with your availability
- Part-time positions with the opportunity to add hours as they are available
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical, in-home care in accordance with California Home Care Aide (HCA) guidelines
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare meals and provide meaningful companionship
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Support client safety, dignity, and independence in their home
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional caregiving experience is required
- Active California HCA registration (background check compliant)
- Current TB test (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and reliability
- Willingness to remain compliant with ongoing California training and certification requirements
Transportation Requirement
Some clients require transportation for appointments and errands. Caregivers must have:
- A valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance and vehicle registration
Service Area
We serve clients throughout South Orange County, including, but not limited to:
Laguna Woods, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Irvine, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and nearby cities.
Caregivers are matched with clients based on location whenever possible.
