Doki Doki is a Frozen Dessert lovers paradise with Gelato, Ice cream and Soft Serve all made on site by our team of dedicated Dessert Alchemists and we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic member to join our production team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and produce high-quality gelato and ice cream using traditional and non-traditional techniques and the latest machines.
- Hands on blending and Churning manufacturing and weighing up recipes accurately by following procedures.
- Produce a wide range of toppings, staying true to our commitment to excellence and the use of premium ingredients.
- Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the gelato production process, by following the record of operations and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain inventory and control gelato supplies efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with your Manager & the team.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of passion, creativity, and excellence.
- Assist with scooping Ice desserts when required
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in Pastry, Commercial baking or similar
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a fast-paced production kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and time management.
- The ability to plan & communicate daily work schedules.
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, and Holidays.
- Eager to learn new method and processes.
A superior working experience that will improve your capabilities as an individual, with a state of the art kitchen and new machinery, including Carpiagiani blast freezers, churners, large ovens, mixers etc
