Location: Montgomery County, MD
Position: Part-Time, or Per Diem
Shift: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Pay: $17-20
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA/CMT to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland CNA/CMT certification
- Previous experience in assisted living or residential care preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
