Supervise and direct on-site labor teams to ensure efficient and safe event setup and breakdown.

Safely load, transport, and unload event rental items such as tents, tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and lighting.

Operate a box truck as needed to deliver equipment to event locations.

Set up and install rental equipment at client sites, ensuring all items meet company standards for quality and safety.

Provide friendly, professional service to clients at homes and businesses, addressing any questions or concerns on-site.

Assist with order fulfillment and equipment testing to maintain high standards of service.

Uphold all company safety standards and follow appropriate safety procedures at all times.

Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure successful event execution.

Must be at least 21 years old.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid drivers license.

DOT Medical Card.

One or more years of experience driving a box truck preferred.

Ability to lift and carry 5080 lbs. comfortably.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods.

Availability for some night and weekend work as required.
