What You'll Do
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care
- Support residents in achieving their highest level of function
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Commitment to providing outstanding resident care
