We are seeking a FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to support operations for KINGS CLIFFE MHP. Pay based on experience, housing available! This position requires a dependable, self-motivated individual with hands-on maintenance experience. who can work independently & efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing day-to-day maintenance & repairs throughout the MHP, grass cutting & grounds maintenance with a zero-turn mower, operating & maintaining equipment for water & sewer maintenance, basic construction, electrical & plumbing repairs, responding to on-call maintenance requests & emergencies, diagnosing & resolving general maintenance issues as they arise, managing & coordinating subcontractors when necessary, maintaining tools, equipment, & maintenance records, prioritizing workload & completing tasks promptly, and reporting directly to the property manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous maintenance experience required, ability & willingness to work on-call hours, knowledge of lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, tractors, etc., basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC & construction work, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving & time management skills, ability to manage vendors & subcontractors, experience in established communities is a plus.
