A Dayton Industrial business is seeking an entry level Human Resources Representative to be involved in all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, staffing, employee engagement, retention, safety and worker's compensation programs, unemployment, EEO Policies, employee relations, and other HR related activities.
Please note: This is not a remote or hybrid position. This is an on-site position.
Qualified candidates must have:
Minimum of 5 years experience in an Human Resources in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
Basic working knowledge of employment laws, recruitment, staffing, retention strategies, and employee engagement concepts.
SHRM-CP or PHR designation preferred but not required.
