Job Title: Project Manager (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
Compensation:
- Local Pay: $28–$32/hour ($1,120–$1,280/week) based on experience
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support complex programs and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare and public service environment. The Project Manager will provide project-level support across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of program objectives. This role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, operational support, and administrative management skills.
- Support all phases of assigned project lifecycles, including planning, scope definition, design, implementation, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation activities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and barriers.
- Facilitate the collection, analysis, and dissemination of project-related information and performance metrics.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and conducting training sessions and educational programs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and operational documentation as needed.
- Provide on-site support for project implementation, operational oversight, and program activities.
- Assist with policy development, operational improvement initiatives, and service delivery enhancement strategies.
- Review invoices and support budget tracking, financial monitoring, and resource planning activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, project summaries, and executive updates.
- Perform administrative and operational support functions to ensure efficient project execution.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of program management, project management, or related experience required.
- Experience supporting complex programs, operational initiatives, or service delivery projects preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment required.
- Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, or consulting partners strongly preferred.
- Healthcare, public sector, or large organizational project experience preferred.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience with scheduling, resource coordination, and time management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to present technical and operational information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within collaborative teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:

- Experience creating reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive work ethic.
- Experience supporting healthcare operations, public service programs, or community-based initiatives.
- Experience with budget tracking, invoice review, and financial monitoring.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience developing training materials and facilitating educational sessions.
- Local New York City area residency preferred.
- Hybrid work schedule with two required onsite days per week.
