Our first Teriyaki Madness location is a smash hit, and we are officially expanding! Our second location opens this August, and we plan to launch 3 to 4 more over the next two years. We do not just need a standard floor manager—we need a foundational partner. We are looking for a vibrant, highly driven leader who wants to grow alongside us long-term. You will start by mastering the energy and operations at our main hub, assist with our major August launch, and train to manage our entire regional footprint as we scale. Flex availability for evening and weekend shifts, and a willingness to grab a ServSafe Manager certification within your first 30 days (don't worry, we'll help you get it!)
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily front-of-house operations, guest relations, and inventory controls to establish our operational blueprint.
- Learn the ropes of team building, staff scheduling, and leadership directly from the ownership team.
- Assist with the grand opening, staff training, and operational launch of our brand-new second location this August.
