Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Behavioral Health Fitness Coach, where you'll inspire and empower individuals to achieve their wellness goals through engaging fitness programs that promote mental and physical well-being. Duties
- Lead and monitor one fitness-based therapy session (Personal Training) per day, 5 days per week.
- Lead and monitor one Action-Based Induction Therapy (Experiential Therapy) session per day, 3 days per week.
- Monitor one Embodied Presence (Yoga) session per day, 3 days per week.
- Evaluate effectiveness of Biological Optimization therapy and recommend improvements.
- Follow protocols for data collection to support research initiatives.
- Document participant progress in KIPU (EMR) within 24 hours of each session
- Create and monitor department treatment goals in KIPU
- Support goal planning and achievement for each client's 90-day treatment plan
- Provide administrative support within the department
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction with a strong background in various disciplines.
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to design safe and effective exercise routines
- Familiarity with fitness program design tailored for diverse populations and fitness levels
- Demonstrated ability to teach engaging classes that motivate participants of all ages and backgrounds
- Certification in relevant areas such as NASM, ACE, ACSM or equivalent preferred.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) and a minimum two years related experience and/or training.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
