Job Requirements:
1) Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology or substantial experience providing pediatric congenital cardiac anesthesia
2) Expertise in the perioperative care of the full spectrum of congenital heart disease, including neonates, cardiac catheterization procedures, and patients with congenital heart disease undergoing non-cardiac surgery.
3) Participation in general pediatric anesthesiology practice, as needed.
4) 100% doing own cases; no supervision
5) Collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and values strong communication with surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, nursing staff, and colleagues.

Tacoma Anesthesia Associates (TAA), a physician-owned and long-established private practice, is seeking Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join our growing congenital heart program at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. In May 2026, Mary Bridge opened its new state-of-the-art freestanding children's hospital, marking an exciting new chapter in pediatric care for the region.
As part of an expanding, high-acuity congenital heart program, we are seeking motivated pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists who are excited to help build and shape a premier clinical program. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team at an early stage of growth, contribute to program development, and provide care for children with the full spectrum of congenital heart disease.

Call: 1 in 3 nights with post‑call admin day
Weekends: 1 in 3
2026 Total annual compensation: $782,000 with 9 weeks PTO
2027 Total annual compensation: $798,000 with 10 weeks PTO
