We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our hospital-based float pool team at Deaconess Hospital, our award-winning facility in Spokane, Washington. This is your opportunity to provide advanced, compassionate care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

FTE: 0.9 Full-Time, Shift: Nights, Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00pm - 7:30am), rotating weekends. Candidates must have open availability, as specific schedules or patterns cannot be guaranteed.
Hospital Based Float RN must be an experienced RN with at least 2 years in ICU or PCU/Step-Down nursing. This role requires flexibility to float within the hospital as needed

What You’ll Bring
- BSN (or earned within 5 years of hire)
- RN License in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
- BLS required; ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP depending on department
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU or PCU/Step-Down nursing experience required
- Specialty certification preferred

Founded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region. Deaconess is home to a Level III Trauma Center, Certified Chest Pain Center, Primary Stroke Center, Maternal Fetal Medicine program and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. It is the only hospital in the area with national accreditation in bariatric surgery. Deaconess provides high-quality inpatient, outpatient, surgical, diagnostic and emergency services.
