Southwest Animal Care Center Located in Palos Hills Illinois is looking for a full time experienced technician to join our team. We are a 2 doctor practice in beautiful Palos Hills. We are primarily small animal, internal medicine and surgery, however we do see some pocket pets.
The candidate must be a team player who is friendly, outgoing, and has excellent communication and client services skills. The candidate must practice the highest quality of patient care.
Candidate must be skilled in the following areas: Blood draw, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, pharmacy and excellent nursing care.
We have a digital dental radiology unit, full in house diagnostic testing including CBC, chemistry profiles, electrolytes and blood gases. We run all urinalysis testing in house. We centrifuge and check all fecal samples in house.
We are open Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 1 pm.
