Job Description:
The Labor Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance with government laws and regulations, identifying potential risks, and monitoring the company’s adherence to approved regulations procedures in place.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and manage weekly labor and payroll for prevailing wage and Davis Bacon projects
- Facilitate job start-up documentation for construction
- Oversee weekly certified payroll reporting
- Assure the company’s compliance with all state-regulated labor laws
- Guarantee company compliance with Union Agreements
- Coordinate Union audits as needed
- Report any concerns of potential risks to management that may be identified
- Provide general administrative support to construction division leaders
- Manage the wage matrix for projects in bidding process for construction
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in risk assessment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to express findings and strategize with management on proper solutions
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting sources (Zoom, Teams)
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related field a plus
The pay range paid for the Labor Compliance Administrator position at Park West is $65,000 to $95,000. This pay range is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employees’ experience, skills, education, performance and seniority with the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
