About the Team
We are hiring a Clinical Manager or Program Manager to support our Intensive Adult Outpatient team at our Gambell Clinic, located at 1231 Gambell Street in Anchorage, Alaska.
The Intensive Adult Outpatient team works with individuals experiencing chronic and acute mental health needs that may impact their ability to maintain housing, build relationships, access resources, or receive the support they need.
Services are provided across multiple settings, including in the community, at the clinic, and through our Peer Drop-In Center located within the Gambell building.
This is a multidisciplinary team made up of clinicians, clinical associates, and peer support specialists who work closely with our medical and psychiatric teams to provide coordinated, client-centered care.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

Provide leadership and oversight for the Intensive Adult Outpatient team

Manage and support staffing of the Peer Lounge

Support the development of peer staff and strengthen the peer support role within AKBH

Provide outreach and support to help individuals engage in mental health, medical, and other community-based services

Provide clinical support and intervention to AKBH clients as appropriate

Collaborate with clinical, medical, psychiatric, and peer support teams to ensure coordinated care

Support day-to-day program operations, staff development, and service delivery

Eligible to participate in company performance incentives with a target rate of 10%; incentive payments are determined by the achievement of organizational goals and individual goals.
