CNC Machinist
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our 1st shift team in Madelia, MN. The ideal candidate will be able to independently set up and operate Haas CNC machines while maintaining high-quality standards and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Haas CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read blueprints and job specifications
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Make offsets and adjustments as needed to maintain part quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Experience setting up and operating Haas CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a production machining environment preferred
- Experience working with tight-tolerance parts
- Programming experience with Mastercam is a plus
