Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to deliver Fed Ex packages (using your car). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate routes efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Fedex pacakages (AVP driver, your car 2015 or newer).
- Pickup pacakges in Sanford and deliver to So Daytona, Port Orange.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care of items during transit.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules, making timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting any issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Vehicle must be void of damage and not more than 10years old. (Mid size SUV, ideal).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is advantageous.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools is essential.
- Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to company safety policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135.00 - $150.00 per day
