Essential Qualifications
o Ability to obtain security clearance is required for this position.

o 2-5 years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience (2-5 years) in project planning, scheduling, and overall project management.
o 2-5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or Production Engineer in a factory environment.
- Possess 2-5 years of experience as either an Industrial Engineer or Production Engineer within a factory setting.
o Familiarity with Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Planning, engineering drawings and specifications, and lean concepts (certifications preferred).
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and planning, engineering drawings/specs, and lean methodologies; certifications are a plus.
o Experience with programming languages including but not limited to Python, SAS, VBA, SQL.

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Associate and Mid-Level Industrial Engineers to contribute to the Executive Fleet program. The ideal candidates will thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. This role offers a chance to apply Industrial Engineering principles to create operating and recovery plans, perform capacity and constraint analysis, refine precedence networks, and assess overall process effectiveness. You will also develop, implement, and enhance processes aimed at reducing costs, improving schedule performance, and ensuring quality. Collaboration within a multi-functional team and coordination with various departments are key aspects of this position.
o Precedence network and schedule development between production milestones.
- Develop precedence networks and schedules to align production milestones.
o Barge support activities include monthly schedule development and analysis, OPE, data analytics, identifying alternate workable jobs, and critical chain visibility, chit board support.
- Support barge operations through monthly schedule creation and analysis, OPE, data analytics, identification of alternative job options, critical chain visibility, and chit board support.
o Develops Operating plans and Recovery plans on weekly/bi-weekly basis. This includes constraint-based scheduling, crew cycling.
- Create operating and recovery plans on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, incorporating constraint-based scheduling and crew cycling to optimize efficiency.
o Uses engineering methods (e.g., mathematical models, simulations, statistics) to support the development of optimal process designs and efficient utilization of resources (e.g., facilities, personnel, materials, equipment…) in the creation and validation of operating plan.
- Apply engineering methodologies such as mathematical models, simulations, and statistical analysis to aid in the development of optimal process designs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and validating operating plans.
o Schedules work plans, conducts data analysis (historical, trends and production impacts), staffing and process improvements.
- Schedule work plans and conduct data analysis—including historical data, trend identification, and production impact assessments—to drive staffing and process improvements.
Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role.
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

Education Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Industrial Engineering or related STEM field from an ABET accredited university.

MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 1st & 2nd SHIFT.
