THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who loves creating order out of chaos, building great teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, all while keeping the fun alive. The General Manager / Lead Cook will play a key role in strengthening our culture, managing day-to-day operations, and helping us grow to the next level. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead by example in both management and kitchen operations (minimum three cook shifts per week)
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations
- Coach and develop the kitchen and activities teams
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cash control
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Collaborate with ownership and managers weekly to align on goals and initiatives
- Support local marketing efforts and community partnerships

- Proven leadership and management experience (hospitality or restaurant preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
