KVB Salon & Brand Coordinator (Part-Time)
Pay: $12–16/hour
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Kaylen Vo BEAUTY is looking for two positive, dependable, and self-motivated Salon & Brand Coordinators to help support our growing salon.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, loves staying organized, takes initiative, and wants to grow with a luxury beauty brand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients
- Answer calls, texts, and booking inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury salon environment
- Laundry, restocking, and inventory
- Capture photos and videos for social media
- Create and post daily content
- Follow up with clients and request reviews
- Support promotions, events, and daily salon operations
- Help wherever needed to keep KVB running smoothly
Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and professional
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Takes initiative without waiting to be asked
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Weekend availability preferred
