What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor logs, and support access control procedures for restricted areas and sensitive equipment locations.

Complete routine reports on security-related activities, observed conditions, and/or incidents, and assist with directions, questions, and general site support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
