Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a high volume of personal injury cases while maintaining exceptional quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities well, uses AI tools daily to improve efficiency, and works effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from onboarding through settlement, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and support, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Maintain accurate, complete case files, including medical records, bills, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with medical providers to obtain records, schedule appointments, manage treatment and billing, and understand the impact of injuries on clients’ lives.
- Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy, prepare legal documents, assist with depositions, and handle filing, scheduling, and court coordination.
- Use AI tools daily to improve efficiency in communication, documentation, record review, task management, and case organization, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and firm procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a personal injury case manager or attorney.
- Experience handling medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume case activity while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using AI tools daily to work efficiently and stay organized.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, gmail, and Filevine.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
