Wake and Late is looking for a service team members (Front Of House) for our PASADENA location. We are obsessed with creating the best products and sourcing the best ingredients, with a focus on providing inspired service and maximum hospitality, always!
We are searching for a passionate, empathetic, and authentic service team member to help take Wake and Late to the next level with an emphasis on service and hospitality. Our service team members are leaders and seek to elevate the guest experience by injecting energy, grace, and professionalism into all aspects of our restaurant. This will be a part-time role (16-24 hours weekly), with ideal morning working hours from 6am - 3:30pm. Our team members are responsible for all aspects of FOH service including guest service, preparing beverages (coffee and tea), welcoming, educating, and guiding guests through the experience while always looking for opportunities for maximum hospitality.
Wake and Late delivers amazing products, friendly and energetic service, and great value and speed in a comfortable space. As a service team member, you are responsible for embodying our goal of providing every guest with a truly memorable experience.
We are seeking candidates with:
- 2+ year of experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment
- A flexible schedule and a willingness to cover open shifts
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Great attitude, high energy, and willingness to teach and learn
- Warm, authentic, helpful, and efficient nature
- A team oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and an outgoing personality
- Passion for food service and a willingness to grow
- Good work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable solving problems and working under pressure
