Advanced Endodontic Care, a leading specialty endodontic practice, is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. Our practice focuses on providing high-quality endodontic care in a professional, patient-centered environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting clinicians in a fast-paced specialty setting.
Work Schedule
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Assist endodontists during clinical and surgical procedures
Take dental radiographs and intraoral photographs
Prepare treatment rooms and operatories for patient care
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Update and maintain accurate patient records
Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment visits
Maintain efficient operatory turnover between patients
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR certification
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
Assisting with endodontic procedures including pulpotomies, pulpectomies, and root canal therapy
Surgical assisting experience including apicoectomies and retrograde fillings
Experience in an endodontic or specialty dental practice
