The Tax Processing and Accounting Division of the Employment Development Department is looking for individuals to join the Tax and Wage Correction Group (TWCG).
The Tax Compliance Representative (TCR) in TWCG, performs a mixture of routine, complex, difficult, and sensitive wage correction assignments applying the provisions of the California Unemployment Insurance Code (CUIC).
The most competitive applicant will have experience exercising excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. We are also seeking an individual who has experience and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrates a high level of performance, and ensures goals and timeliness are met.

This position is headquartered in Sacramento and may be eligible for telework under EDD's telework policy. California Government Code Section 14200 requires employees to reside in California to telecommute. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, as needed. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
