Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and air conditioning units

Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions professionally

Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

1-2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is a plus
