Role Highlights:
- Work closely with clients to learn their objectives, budget, and specific design requirements for their project
- Shape cost‑effective, community‑centered solutions with experienced staff review and input
- Produce Revit‑based construction documents which clearly outline the scope of work and dig into the details
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and construction professionals
- Ensure code compliance from local and state-wide jurisdictions
- Conduct site observations to ensure adherence to the construction documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3–5 years of professional, related experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Architectural license preferred; reimbursement available for passing licensure exams
- English proficiency required
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
