The Role – A/R Representative (aka Medical Billing Specialist):
You’ll be the hero behind the scenes – ensuring claims get paid fast and correctly. You’ll monitor accounts, work denials, resolve payment issues, and be part of a high-performing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team that drives our success. If you love problem-solving, take pride in details, and want to grow your career, this is the place.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage insurance claims from adjudication to final resolution
- Follow up on outstanding A/R and maximize reimbursement for services rendered
- Ensure accuracy in billing and payments
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue outcomes
What You Bring:

- Experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, or A/R
