Oversee the execution of the event details provided by the Sales Manager via the BEO.
Direct all staff to ensure their assignments are completed.
Make sure the ballroom is set properly and ensure that all table assignments are correct.
Follow the timeline provided by the client to ensure their event flows accordingly. Communicate effectively with the Event Sales Manager, Executive Chef, and Management team
Oversee the order taking process and provide the Chef with meal counts as well as any special orders.
Maintain contact with the client and vendors throughout the event to ensure we exceed their expectations

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
