Dry Van Truck Driver – CDL-A
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dry Van Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tractor-trailers and hauling dry van freight safely and efficiently. This role involves local route driving, timely deliveries, and adherence to all traffic laws and company policies. A strong understanding of manual transmission operation is a plus.

Duties
- Safely operate dry van tractor-trailers on designated routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries while considering traffic and road conditions.
- Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status and any issues on the road.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols while driving.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with dry van trailers.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Strong route planning skills and knowledge of local/state traffic patterns.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including loading/unloading if required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must pass background checks and DOT drug screenings as required by company policy.
