What you'll do
Review plans, specs, and RFPs
Build accurate, competitive estimates
Perform takeoffs and price all major cost components
Work with subs and vendors for quotes
Identify risks, constructability issues, and value engineering options
What you bring
5+ years estimating DOT or heavy highway work
Experience with paving, bridges, earthwork, rehabs, airports
Ability to build conceptual and final estimates
HCSS experience a plus
