Assistant Property Manager Hybrid Position
JOB SUMMARY
Serve as administrative support for property management. The candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the property, plans schedules, help with events and coordinate general maintenance, repairs, tenant improvements, and remodeling construction projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(may vary depending on individual properties)
· Maintain accurate, in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the assigned properties, including all vacancies, tenants, and lease expirations.
· Handle all aspects of the property including tenant relations, marketing, accounting, as well as communicating effectively to management and owners.
· Track and request vendor and tenant insurance certificates.
· Manage the monthly property expense invoices, track, and code.
· Maintain vendor records and lien releases as applicable.
· Assist in the annual property income and expense budget development.
· Prepare tenant welcome packages, letters, and track tenant insurance.
· Provide all necessary administrative support for managers.
· Coordinate work order tenant requested maintenance/tenant services.
· Prepare and update property emergency phone listing. Ensure that all phone numbers are up to date for the staff personnel as well as vendors.
· Prepare and process tenant bill-backs.
· Respond to Tenant concerns with promptness and professionalism.
· Prepare Yardi Forms from Amendments/Assignments/Lease Abstracts provided by Property Manager.
· Inspect properties as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in a real estate environment is mandatory
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager a plus.
· Outstanding customer service skills.
· Ability to interact effectively with prospects, tenants, peers, management, and owners.
· Strong organizational and computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e-mail, and general computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,000-$95,000.
