Job Summary
Ruby’s Mexican Restaurant is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused servers to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Keep tables clean and organized before, during, and after service
- Assist with side work such as stocking, cleaning, and prepping dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
